Bridgespan Nonprofit Job Board Transition

After more than 15 years, we have closed the Bridgespan.org job board.
We launched the job board in 2004 as part of our nonprofit leadership talent development efforts. Since then, it has hosted more than 26,000 job and board positions, and we’re extremely proud of the impact the service achieved. Its work, however, has a different focus from our current core mission. Realizing this, we have decided to cease taking new postings on March 31, 2021, and shut down the job board entirely at the end of June, 2021. 

While our job board is going away, we are happy to announce that the service it offers to the sector isn’t ending. ImpactOpportunity.org will provide provide a nonprofit job board and mission-driven career and recruiting content going forward. The site was founded by Bridgespan alumna Lindsay O'Connell, who ran the Bridgespan job board for 15 years. ImpactOpportunity.org has already migrated existing jobs from Bridgespan.org to their site and will host them for no cost.
