Patty Stonesifer on Adjusting to a New Role

Going from Microsoft Corporation, a for-profit organization with thousands of employees, to start a new foundation required a bit of readjustment for Patty Stonesifer, the former CEO of the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation.
